CCA fair Jan 14th:

Dance item to Firework by Katy Perry. Choreographed, learnt and perfected in less than a week! :D Performed by Aisyah, CherylChong, Chua, Danielle, Darren, Dzung, Gaya, Joanna, KuoXuan, Nar, Tricia, Vivian.

CNY Feb 2nd:

Teachers' Day 2010

First performance of the semester by the dance seniors! (: The songs used were Hook It Up by V Hudgens + Oh! by SNSD + Glam by Xtina Aguilera. Pulled the item together in about two weeks or so, with the first segment choreographed by Aisyah (and a great solo by Felicia!), and the third by Danielle. The second featured the original MV moves.

This item was also performed at the D&D Closing Ceremony for the Sustainable Development Youth Convention (SDYC) 2010.

On 26th March, we performed an item at our School Orchestra's concert, Vivace. Hiphop piece to Gara Gara Go, choreographed by Felicia! We also had an interactive waltz item with the audience when the orchestra played Blue Danube.

Hey, I don't know how many of you actually checks out the dance blog, cause from what I've observed CCA blogs aren't really popular since nobody bothers updating them. ._.
Maybe because there's like, not a lot of 'valid' posts in the first place. Valid as in having relevance to Dance.

So I'm just gonna update. I think the blog should be opened up to more administrators too. :)

To all SYF Dancers,
JIAYOUS! :D All the best, work hard, remember your counts, perfect your steps!
Don't slack off during practices, I'm pretty sure most of you don't. Drink plenty of water, and have lot of rest (while trying to find time studying for CTs. It's so unfair, don't you think?), and most importantly don't injure yourself! (Get well soon Joanna!)

Lastly, lets go for FEET SPA after 15th April to soothe our sore feets! :D Or like, mini-dance outing. Anyone interested?

SYF Homework: Come up with a design for the purple spray paint on our white clothes.

Don't give up, despite all our tiring dance practices! I've got six bruises on my right knee after all the rolling-abouts, what about you? :)

Um, I think the rough outline of the blog is done.
Now I just need the full list of people in our dance CCA, and then the blog links of those who have a blog within our dance members.

I've also sent out invitations for blog authors - but I'm unsure about how much admin the authors will receive. If there is insufficient admin, then I'll just create a new account so that those trusted users can be given full admin. :)
